Pattaya Commercial College was established in 1983 by Mr.Niwat Modrakee who is also the school 's current director. This college is a private school under the supervision and control of the Ministry of Education. It located on 3 rais in the heart of Pattaya, Cholburi. Applicants to Pattaya Commercial College who have completed secondary school may be accepted to study at the vocational level in Accounting, Marketing or the Business Computer program. The study periods are divided into two groups; the morning period and the evening period. There are approximately 1,400 students in the school and 62 instructors.
